What’s New?

Here’s what’s new at eMedical Urgent Care!

eMedical Urgent Care to Hold Drive-Thru Flu Clinic

eMedical Urgent Care is urging residents to roll down their car windows and roll up their sleeves during the center’s two Drive-Thru Flu Clinics in Middletown and Berkeley Heights.

During the event, participants will drive into the urgent care center’s parking lot where they will be greeted by a staff member. After reading and signing a consent form, participants will be asked to roll up their sleeves to receive a flu shot while remaining seated in their vehicles. Flu shots will be available for $25 (a $10 discount) for those 36 months of age and older. Cash, credit cards or Medicare will be accepted as payment, and participants will receive a free gift.

Clinics will be held:

  • Saturday, September 3 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2 Kings Highway in Middletown. Rain Date: Sunday, September 4
  • Saturday, September 10 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 369 Springfield Avenue in Berkeley Heights. Rain date, Sunday, September 11

“Timely vaccinations are an important step in protecting your and your family’s health,” explained Jane Sennett, DO, medical director of eMedical Urgent Care. “Our office is committed to providing quick, convenient access to medical care, including preventive care like vaccinations, physicals and hearing exams.”

The urgent care center recently completed a renovation project that updated every room in the office, modernized equipment and improved patient comfort and privacy. The center offers exam rooms designed specifically for children and patients with autism.
